East River Energy received an emergency call after
hours about a water issue from a customer in
Killingworth. During the follow up call to the
customer the following morning, the customer
conveyed how pleased he was with Bryant.
“He was great!” was the comment and also mentioned
Bryant did a “Face Time Call” with the cat sitter who
was at the residence while the customer was away to
analyze what service was needed..
Mrs. Yerkes
Mrs. Yerkes from Guilford just called in to praise Dan and
Pete on the work they did at their home today. They were
polite and professional. And Dan took the time to educate
her about the system and answer all her questions.
