years. Two nights ago, our water heater blew and I
came home to a basement full of water. I called the
on-call technician and he sent someone out that
evening to stop the flow of water and assess the
damage. By noon time the next day, the entire
system had been replaced, and is now working
wonderfully. I honestly thought we would be without
hot water for days, but East River came to our
rescue so quickly! Can’t recommend their
service enough!”

Sally and & Joe Woolston called in today to express their
thanks to East River Energy and commend Rogger Cueva-Pozo
on his excellent work and professionalism.


Rogger came out at 3:45am to fix an emergency no heat call.
To complicate the situation, Sally and Joe are in Florida and
had to remotely guide him in gaining access into the home.
Rogger was fantastic throughout the entire call and did an
amazing job under very difficult circumstances.

Good morning ladies,You are the only people I have contact information for so I’m relaying my good comments to you.

Electricity was restored at 2 this morning after 2 days without. My house was a frigid 53 degrees.
Everything was working except the boiler. I waited an hour hoping it would get going but no. So at
3 AM I called for help. The great reviews start there.

The gal taking my call was delightful, funny, professional, warm, and did her job well to get my
issue to a technician quickly.

The technician called right away and was great even at 3AM on a windy cold night. Though my
call for help woke him, he was alert and eagerly came to my rescue within a mere 30 minutes.
He arrived with a cheerfulness vs a grudging attitude that would have been understandable. He
quickly realized the power issue had triggered a hard lockout. All it took was pressing the reset
button for a while. A simple fix that disrupted his good night’s sleep and still he was great. It felt
like he was genuinely happy to get my home warm no matter the hour.

I didn’t get their names but I hope you can find them with a quick records check. Please pass my
note along to management and hopefully shine a light on their great performance.

One of our customers, Joe W. from Guilford just called to say how much he appreciates East River Energy and all of the services we provide. He and his wife were in Florida Saturday, January 15th. In the middle of the night they received a low temperature alarm at their home in Guilford. They received a call back from the on call East River Energy Technician, Nate. Nate responded to their home at 7 AM, called them and was talked through gaining entry into the house. Nate’s work order notes: “System working all thermostats were set to just under 50* low temp alarm going off. Customer in FL. I set all stats to 65.” Joe was very appreciative that the thermostats were increased to 65 degrees, and to learn that the house had not frozen, because he and his wife were returning from Florida that day. Potential problem was averted; customer happy. East River Energy provides its customers 24/7 service. That’s peace of mind you can count on even when you’re not at home! Just a reminder, since temperatures can drop unexpectedly this time of year. keep your thermostats to at least 62 degrees when you’re away for any length of time so pipes don’t freeze and possibly burst.
