East River Energy takes great pride in announcing the acquisition of RLD Heating and Cooling in Killingworth, CT to the East River Energy family of companies.
RLD is a premier HVAC services contractor specializing in residential service, installation and indoor air quality. Owner Ray DesJardins, Sr., began his career as a service technician. He founded RLD Heating & Cooling in 2001 after decades of experience and his exceptional mechanical ability. He holds an S-1 license, the highest certification for HVAC. Ray led his company for over 20 years with great success and a stellar reputation throughout the Shoreline area and beyond. He will stay on at East River Energy in a leadership role to integrate the companies through a seamless transition. Ray will work in conjunction with East River Energy’s Joe Teodosio, President of HVAC Services and George McQueeney, Senior Service Manager daily to advance its resources as an industry leader.
This acquisition will add approximately five HVAC technicians to the East River Energy team and help to continue to diversify its line of services.
