In the middle of the night they received a low temperature alarm at their home in Guilford. They received a call back from the on call East River Energy Technician, Nate. Nate responded to their home at 7 AM, called them and was talked through gaining entry into the house. Nate’s work order notes: “System working all thermostats were set to just under 50* low temp alarm going off. Customer in FL.
