East River Energy customer, Patricia P. from
Madison, CT called the office today to rave about
her East River Energy technician, Ray. He arrived at
her home to diagnose a problem concerning uneven heat
distribution. Ray identified the problem and listened to
Patricia’s comments that the house was very dry.
He took the time to look at the humidifier and found there
was a problem with it. He repaired that as well.
She is very happy and wants Ray to be “her” technician!
Mr. Lowe, Killingworth, CT
East River Energy received an emergency call after
hours about a water issue from a customer in
Killingworth. During the follow up call to the
customer the following morning, the customer
conveyed how pleased he was with Bryant.
“He was great!” was the comment and also mentioned
Bryant did a “Face Time Call” with the cat sitter who
was at the residence while the customer was away to
analyze what service was needed..
