Barbara K. of Guilford called in to let us know how happy she was with Bryant when he was
there for routine service. He noticed she was handicapped, went above & beyond, going up &
down stairs to check all thermostats and all operations; treated her with respect, was
friendly, professional and thorough.
Wanted us to know how very happy she was with Bryant & with East River Energy.

East River Energy received an emergency call after
hours about a water issue from a customer in
Killingworth. During the follow up call to the
customer the following morning, the customer
conveyed how pleased he was with Bryant.
“He was great!” was the comment and also mentioned
Bryant did a “Face Time Call” with the cat sitter who
was at the residence while the customer was away to
analyze what service was needed..
