To the Herzog Family:
I would like you to be aware of how appreciative I am of my recent experience with your company.
It began April 25th during regular service/maintenance. “Tall” Steve noted the issue and showed me photos. He reported it promptly and Mike Chickos was out the next day to evaluate and assess. Mr. Chickos gave me information that was informative and very helpful. I had a proposal with two options within about 24 hours. I had several questions that were addressed knowledgeably and I made my decision with confidence as a result.
We all have to “wait our turn”, but I was ready to go forward as your scheduling permitted. Again Mr Chickos was sensitive to an issue we have with a very young family member. April 10th and 11th John, Mike (“G” I believe), Roger, and Steve Falco replaced my HVAC and heat pump. They were polite, friendly, timely, and before leaving made sure the crawlspace was neat and that I understood the new thermostat. I sighed in relief until over the weekend I noted an area on the exterior of the pump with putty. I emailed my concern to Mr Chickos and sent photos via text. As this was done Sunday evening I did not expect a reply until Mon. Mr Chickos was in touch with me Sun, Mon, and today. I felt reassured that my issue would be dealt with fairly as well as taken seriously. He has kept me up to date daily on what will be done, approximately when, etc. He came by to reinforce the problem area.
As this represents a costly project for me I am more than doubly appreciative! It is easy to complain, but folks often forget to offer the praise.
Everyone I’ve dealt with….Christine, Diane, and all the men mentioned above seem to take real pride in their work/service. And Mr Chickos treats your company like it was his own.
So heartfelt thanks. You should be proud of your staff. I do hope I was easy to work with. I’d be happy if you’d relay my gratitude to all involved.
